2. Click “Orders” 
3. To view orders specifics (size, style, color, etc), click on the corresponding order number

Express (USPS): Estimated 1-2 business days after processing
Expedited (USPS): Estimated 2-3 business days after processing
Ground (Continental US, Ships via DHL, delivers USPS or First Mile, delivers ACI or USPS): Estimated 5-7 business days after processing

Canada Ships via DHL, delivers by local post: Estimated 10-14 business days after processing for International Economy. Estimated 7-12 business days after processing for International Flat Rate.

International: 10-50 calendar days after processing, depending on location. Please contact Customer Service at support@ventureborn.com to inquire about the estimated timeframe.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt, Monday - Friday. Please note, the delivery service's transit time applies once the order has been picked up.
• During any holiday season, we may experience unusually high volume which can affect our shipping time frame. Please keep in mind that we will always process your order as quickly as possible.

• As long as you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product, it is eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges include a different size, color, or even style. When exchanging for a differently priced item, we will send you either an invoice or refund for the difference.
• Orders are eligible for one exchange per product per order within 30 days of receiving the item(s)
• Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging.
• The returned product must be mailed within 16 days.
• Lost items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Can I return my ring?

• As long as you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your ring, it is eligible to be returned for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed after your returned product is received.

Clearance items can be returned for store credit only or for exchange, if you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection. If you didn’t opt for the Free Returns + Package Protection, the clearance items are only eligible for exchange, and you will need to pay for the return and replacement shipping costs.

• As long as you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your ring, it is eligible to be returned for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
• If you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection, the return shipping cost is on us. If you didn’t opt for the Free Returns & Package Protection, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
• Please note that the Free Returns + Package Protection and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
• For Hybrid rings, if the ring is not returned in a re-sellable condition, a 10% restocking fee may be applied.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed after your returned product is received.
• International Returns (excluding Canada) are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

• The lifetime warranty covers rips, tears, stretching, wear, and even discoloration! A photo is required of the damaged item, your original order number and the email address you purchased with.
• Lost items are not eligible for warranty replacements. However, if you've lost your item, reach out to us at support@ventureborn.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
• Warranty replacements are for the same item originally ordered. If we no longer carry that item, we will provide you with a store credit in the amount you originally paid for the item.

Our rings run in whole sizes only (e.g. 6,7,8,9,10,etc.) If you are traditionally a half size, we recommend ordering the closest smaller size, as the silicone will flex and relax after a few days of wear.

Out of stock rings won’t be gone forever! We usually receive new inventory within 2-3 weeks! Please remember that Inked and Enso Exclusive rings are limited edition and will not be restocked when they sell out. Get one while you can!
